After-the-Fact bookkeeping is affordably billed at a flat monthly fee. Either monthly or quarterly, simply provide us copies of your check stubs and bank statements and we'll do the rest. In return, you'll receive:

  • Quarterly meeting to discuss your needs and review your financial statements

Accounts Payable Management
If you're a business owner that prefers more involvement with your financial professional, we offer Accounts Payable Management. This service operates in real time, with your bookkeeping function residing in our office or yours. Once an appropriate schedule is determined, all you need to do is provide us with your bills and copies of your deposit slips. A payment schedule will be set up, then checks will be cut and prepared for your signature. Each month, you'll receive:

  • Detailed Accounts Payable Management, including a guarantee that payments will not be late or we'll pay the penalties.
